The Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award dates back to 2000. It is a customer service award for the ecommerce industry. Bizrate utilizes ratings and review surveys to collect customer feedback throughout the year. At the end of the 12-month ratings period, it highlights those retailers who have obtained superior scores from customers for the period, according to the millions of verified customers who complete Bizrate surveys.
Ministry Ideaz was one of only 187 online retailers to receive the award in 2015, which represented the top 4.6 percent of North American businesses whose customers had completed surveys. The Bizrate survey ranks customer satisfaction with the company, both pre- and post-delivery, in categories such as product choice, timeliness of delivery, overall customer satisfaction, customer support, intent to repurchase, and product satisfaction.
